U 5hr Training Notes

The weekdays are a good time to do a spin class at the Shop, or to do your own trainer session.
The weekends are the time to get out on the road and get in some longer KMs. Keep the pace moderate and sustainable. Avoid the temptation to go “Full Gas” early on, and try to keep the pace even or even getting slightly stronger as the ride goes on. [Read more…]
