Overall, I felt like the service was a little lackluster, considering I was working with the store manager on Brook Road. She was patient but seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I had five copies of one project printed three of the five had printing errors. I had three copies of a different project printed, and every page had obvious blemishes. I’m just curious as to how these past through a quality assurance process. I’m glad I allowed enough time to have them reprinted. When I asked to have this done, there was no “ I’m sorry, sir for the inconvenience. Will take care of that right away.” It was more like She felt I was being too picky. Overall, I ended up with The end product was what I was hoping for, but the service could have been better.
