------PREVIOUSLY------
Luffy nodded vigorously. "Sabo's gonna do great things! I know it!"
"Yes, he will," Sora agreed. "And so will both of you. We all have our own paths to follow, but we'll always be brothers. We'll always have each other's backs."
As the night deepened, the brothers shared stories and dreams around the fire. Sora felt a sense of belonging he had never known in his previous life. Here, in this world, he was part of something, something big.

In the heart of a bustling metropolis, The city was a marvel of modern architecture, a testament to human ingenuity and progress. Towering skyscrapers reached for the heavens, their glass facades reflecting the sun's rays, creating a dazzling skyline. People bustled about, each absorbed in their daily lives, a part of the ceaseless rhythm of urban life. At the heart of this sprawling metropolis stood a hospital, its tall structure emblazoned with a distinctive plus sign, symbolizing hope and healing.
Inside one of the hospital rooms, a young man no older than eighteen lay in bed, his eyes glued to the screen of the laptop. Sora was his name, a frail figure whose body had been betrayed by fate. Born with weak bones and a failing heart, he had spent his entire life within the sterile confines of hospitals, moving from one to another as his condition worsened. He was an orphan, his parents a mystery he never had the strength or will to unravel. His world was limited to medical equipment, white walls, and the stories he found in manga, novels, and anime. His solace came from these stories of fantasy worlds and adventurous lives provided an escape from his own frail reality.
With each passing day, Sora's heart faltered, the weight of his condition growing more pronounced. Yet, as he gazed out from his hospital window onto the bustling streets below, he dared to dream of a life beyond illness, where the pulse of adventure could someday beat within his own weakened frame.
Wealth, fame, power. Gol D. Roger, the King of the Pirates, achieved everything the world had to offer. Many now set sail for the Grand Line in pursuit of the legendary treasure he left behind, the One Piece. It truly marks the dawn of the Great Pirate Era!
As I reminisce about the opening narration of my beloved adventure anime, a smile tugged at my lips. Luffy, ever the embodiment of freedom and unconstrained by responsibilities—though I thought otherwise—alongside his unique crew:
Zoro, the wandering swordsman whose solo journey could rival any legend; Sanji, the charismatic flirt; Nami, scarred by trauma from her past; Chopper, once rejected by his own kind but now a cherished crewmate; Usopp, the brave dreamer destined for greatness; Robin, resilient in her pursuit of uncovering the secrets of the Poneglyphs; Franky, with dreams as grand as the ship he built, a testament to his mentor Tom; Brook, a soul who has faced tragedies with unwavering resolve; and Jinbe, the stalwart elder brother figure for the Straw Hats. Even the ships, the Going Merry and the Thousand Sunny, were integral parts of the crew's journey.
Their dreams propel them forward, through despair and adversity, while I remained tethered to the familiar sights of hospital walls and medical equipment.
Ah! Joy Boy is finally around the corner and Oda's meticulous storytelling in One Piece—it's astonishing how this world of adventure and darkness has unfolded over two decades without pause. The characters, their journeys, and the expansive world—each detail crafted with such imagination.I can hardly wait for the next episode, where Luffy battles Kaido at Onigashima, and the elusive figure of Joy Boy nears its revelation. Time has flown watching Luffy grow, yet here I am, still waiting...
"Sora it's already late sleep now you have to have well rested before your heart operation and don't eat too many sleeping pills, if you have any pain or need anything don't forget to ring the recipient number ok!," the nurse said interrupting his train of thought as she reminded to sleep for my surgery session tomorrow.
"Good night," he replied, realizing it was already 2 a.m. He took a couple of sleeping pills, hoping for a restful night filled with dreams of adventure. The pills were a necessity after leukemia and his worsening heart condition had further ravaged his body.
The experience had been a harrowing journey, each day a battle against my failing health. The looming specter of death had become a constant companion, a grim reminder of my mortality. Tomorrow's operation was my last hope, a desperate bid for survival that even the doctors treated with cautious optimism. Yet, amidst the uncertainty, I faced it with courage and resolve.
That night, despite the weight of impending surgery, I slept more peacefully than I had in months. Little did I know, fate had woven a different tapestry for me. When I awoke, disbelief washed over me, replaced by awe as I found myself in a sprawling necropolis, a city that seemed plucked from the realms of myth and legend, bathed in ethereal light.
In this surreal realm, I moved with ease, unencumbered by fatigue or pain. It felt as if the city itself acknowledged my presence yet remained indifferent to it. I brushed aside thoughts of impossibility, rationalizing it as the lucidity of a dream where I held dominion over the fabric of reality.
Aware that dreams are fleeting, I resolved to savor this unexpected freedom while it lasted, uncertain of what awaited me when I finally awoke.

"Kid, how did you arrive in Heaven's City without a soul's journey? I see you bear neither good nor ill deeds," a figure seated upon a grand throne spoke with an aura of holiness that seemed to emanate from within rather than without. I couldn't make head or tails of his question as one moment I was in my dream in the middle of a bustling street, but in the blink of an eye, I was transported to a majestic throne room. The room exuded an aura of awe, grandeur, command, authority, and serenity, leaving me breathless.
"I... I was dreaming, sir. Walking through the city you call Heaven's City. But I don't understand how I got here," The child replied, feeling the weight of confusion and disbelief pressing upon me.
The perspective shifted to the god, contemplating the rules of Heaven's City, immutable since time immemorial—a sanctuary for souls across the vast multiverse. Even if he wanted the pitiful child's soul had already wandered away from the realm of samsara and was already deemed a wandering soul for eternity.
"Nothing's wrong with you kid and it's not a dream you have died but you don't have any soul record being in heaven city, let's see your soul and know how you got here, ah.. i see what a pitiful kid to have experienced these things , truly a pity for a kid in age where you should have been playing you only met despair," the being said as he knew everything. I could only faintly outline his visage and wasn't even able to see him as if he was behind a divine vile and I wasn't worthy to be graced by his appearance.
Realization struck me like a thunderbolt. I died. My time had come, though I had hoped to live until the end of the Wano arc at least seeing the coming of Joy Boy. Panic gripped me making me feel every bit of denial and despair as the feeling continued getting stronger, but suddenly a wave of soothing golden light washed over me, easing my turmoil.
"What happens now, God?" I asked, knowing I stood in divine presence, uncertain of my fate—whether I would enter Heaven or face the undesirable out outcomes.
He chuckled softly. "You cannot enter Heaven, child, for your soul has not traversed the nine mortal rebirths. However, having witnessed your life, I offer you a chance at Samsara, reincarnation across the multiverse. Choose wisely."
"I chose reincarnation," Child said firmly. "And I have three wishes." The child had decided to be reincarnated but seeing his previous life where he lived so pitifully I decided to grant him three wishes.
"You may state your wishes and they shall be granted. Choose wisely as they will help you in fulfilling your dreams and also be rational," the god replied, knowing my desires as though they were written upon my soul.
With gratitude, I expressed my wishes, understanding the gravity of my decisions in this divine realm. The god fulfilled them, granting me the tools I needed for the adventures that awaited—a world where strength alone dictated fate.
MC POV
I don't know how to put my experience into words or how to explain it! Currently I was cherishing this moment of life as I was already on my way to next life and adventure which was bottled down for my whole life, I vow to live my life to the fullest while building bonds that weren't possible previously.
As I think back to the moment GOD had decided to grant me three wishes, I could feel in my soul that he already knew my choices and desires but I shrugged it aside as it wasn't going to make any difference in my impending decisions.
