What you’ll do…

As a Senior Manager, Fashion Private Brand Operations, you will work across the Fashion brand portfolio to support the private brand strategy. You will be a critical member of the Walmart Fashion merchandising team responsible for understanding, ideating, and transforming strategic business areas like private brand DNAs, rebrand/new brand kickoffs, 3rd party partnership contracts, legal clearances, royalty payments, and global governance. You will leverage cross-functional relationships, establish strategic priorities, often representing the brand DNA perspective, to identify and solution opportunities across people, process, and tech. Success in this role requires curiosity, a solution-oriented approach, an analytical mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit. You will use your executive presence to work with teams cross-functionally at all levels and navigate exciting, complex challenges.

You’ll make an impact by:

Managing the Private Brand DNA development and improvements by partnering with business development and brand leads to address whitespace and market share opportunities and meet diverse customer needs.
Supporting growth of the omni-Fashion business to achieve plan.
Establishing and influencing high-visibility relationships.
Developing best practices and implementing new processes with cross-functional teams to manage legal clearance and usage of brand assets to drive brand consistency across categories and mitigate legal risk.
Always looking for creative ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and customer experience.
